Hollens Farm Cottage was bought in March 2010 by a client of NJR Partnership who naturally turned to us to supply a new web site to promote the cottage holiday letting business after many years of good service for the workspace design business website.

For NJR Partnership this site was not complicated as in out portfolio we already had a cottage web site which was successfully achieving bookings without the fees and % commission charges that holiday cottage promotion sites charge.

The requirements for the site were identified as

1. must have an easy to use Content Management  System
2. be able to display cottage availability and be quickly updated
3. web site should be easy to optimise for improved search engine visibility

For the exisiting cottage site several joomla components had already been tested before we decided to use RENTALOT booking system and display calander.
