Demeter Limited - taking Utilities Manager to clients Utilities Manager, is a purpose-built web application developed by NJR Partnership. The software is used by Newcastle United, Northumbria Water and many other cost conscious organizations and businesses in the North-East and beyond.

The product was developed in response to a definite gap in the market for an easy to use but dedicated water management software. Previous, generation on-line software was complex with too much input from the engineering department to the detriment of end-user simplicity.

Utilities Manager presents 15 minute flow data, which is collected by a pulse logger attached to your utility meter, in easy to use graphs and auto generates a simple weekly report detailing the efficiency of your site.

Utilities Manager - How can I have it for my business

Utilities Manager end-user licenses are available from Demeter Limited. Simply, give them a call and a site survey will be arranged. Utilities Manager software is powerful yet intuitive to use.

Data flow is technology based. A pulse counting cable is fitted to the water meter which collects data in a micro-processor. The data from the micro-processor is then transmitted to the Dataflow server either through a local radio transmission to a dedicated modem or using SMS text messages.

When this data arrives at the Utilities Manager server it is processed for unusual consumption patterns and if detected an alarm is triggered. These alarms are customized for each location.
